If you choose to complete a study application form on our website, personal and private information (for example information relating to your physical or mental health or condition) collected during your initial registration will be stored by ICON Development Solutions in accordance with data protection regulatory guidelines. The information may also be made available to staff from sponsoring companies, auditors, and members of the Ethics Committee and staff from regulatory authorities, for the purposes of data verification. Only ICON Development Solutions clinical staff and monitors from sponsoring companies will know that the information is related to you and this information is kept separate and confidential. The results of a study may be published in the medical literature, but your identity will not be revealed.

Individuals have rights of access to information held about them by us. Anyone wishing to have access to such information should right to The Data Protection Officer, Contracts Department, ICON Development Solutions, Skelton House, Manchester Science Park, Lloyd Street North, Manchester, M15 6SH.  A fee of £10 is payable for this service and we may before require proof of your identity.
